The audience for Where Winds Meet in China has surpassed 10 million people

The action RPG Where Winds Meet is currently officially available only in China, yet it has already become a hit. Everstone Studio and publisher NetEase announced that over 10 million people have experienced the game.

Where Winds Meet reached this milestone on January 13th, just over two weeks after its release in the country. The game launched on PC on December 27th, and on January 9th, it was released on mobile devices.

It's not reported how the audience is split between the mobile and PC versions of Where Winds Meet.

According to data from the analytics service AppMagic, to date, the game has been downloaded 2.8 million times from the App Store alone. As for revenue, the Chinese iOS version of Where Winds Meet has earned a net of $3.22 million from in-app purchases.

Previously, Goldman Sachs forecasted that in its debut year, Where Winds Meet could earn a total of 4.2 billion yuan ($573 million) on PC and mobile devices.

The exact global release date for Where Winds Meet has not been announced yet. It is known that the game will also be released on PlayStation 5 consoles.
