Ian Fielding, who has been serving as the head of the studio at Super Evil Megacorp, has now been named the Chief Executive Officer
Ian Fielding, who currently leads the studio at Super Evil Megacorp, has been promoted to CEO. In this transition, Kristian Segerstrale assumes the position of executive chair of the company.
Fielding began his journey with Super Evil in 2021, after significant tenures at Insomniac Games and Riot Games. At Riot, he played a key role as a senior production manager in the launch and maintenance of Valorant.
While leading the studio, Fielding guided the transformation from a mobile-only developer to embracing cross-platform ventures. He also served as the executive producer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate. An interview by GamesIndustry.biz highlighted Super Evil's ongoing efforts to integrate cooperative and crossplay features into upcoming games.
Fielding reflected on his leadership saying, "Working alongside such an exceptional leader like Kristian Segerstrale has been a privilege. I am eager to collaborate with him in his new position."
