OV Entertainment has revitalized its strategic board by making several significant new appointments
Several new individuals have been added to the strategic board of OV Entertainment.
The company, which describes itself as a "cross-entertainment holding company," stated these appointments are pivotal for propelling the growth of its subsidiaries. The new board members are expected to improve OV Entertainment's capacity to provide outstanding gaming and entertainment solutions, fostering innovation across its divisions, including Kokku and The OGS.
In a related move, the firm has consolidated its client relations division. Carlos Estigarribia, who once led business development at Kokku, has been elevated to vice president, client relations, while Mea Nilimaa steps into his previous role at Kokku.
Estigarribia's new responsibilities include "advancing growth through tailored solutions that align with each subsidiary’s special skills, ensuring the group's efforts to mitigate risks through a collaborative company structure."
Furthermore, JF Carrier, previously head of art at Kokku, has been appointed senior client partner. Carrier will emphasize "establishing OV Entertainment's subsidiaries as benchmarks in game development, focusing on extending growth in North American studios." Meanwhile, Tamir Nadav, the current head of creative at Kokku, will also act as the head of art, aiming to "unify leadership across both areas to enhance synergy and innovation."
Joining the board as General Counsel is Marina Maranhão.
CEO Thiago De Freitas commented, "This centralized strategy not only relieves our dedicated business development teams at Kokku and The Original Gangsters, enabling them to concentrate on cultivating new connections, but also boosts communication and client orientation."
