uBroker Spa has purchased a 49% ownership in the indie game developer Memorable Games, based in Italy.

Investing €1 million in the Turin company, uBroker aims to innovate within the gaming industry and encourage environmental consciousness.

Memorable Games expressed their intention to develop more ambitious works to make an impression on the global video game market. The studio notes the challenges faced by Italian indie developers in gaining recognition and is optimistic about future collaborations that highlight Italy's creative talent.

Mauro Fanelli, CEO of Memorable Games, mentioned the company was established by two partners and has operated independently for over ten years. He commented on the partnership with Cristiano and uBroker, identifying them as an ideal fit to advance the studio's goals.

He believes in the significant potential of this distinctive industry, where Italian funding remains scarce. Fanelli expects their upcoming title, On Your Tail, to build on recent successes and emphasizes the new resources and assistance needed for further growth.

According to uBroker, the funding will enable Memorable Games to hasten new project developments and bolster its standing in global markets.
