Clear Angle Studios has inaugurated a new branch in Los Angeles

Clear Angle Studios, a company specializing in 3D capture and processing, has inaugurated a new facility in Culver City, Los Angeles.

Based at Pinewood Studios, Clear Angle offers services such as character scanning, capturing digital facial and environmental data, and scanning props and costumes.

Though the company has previously been providing its portable scanning units to studios in Los Angeles, it has now set up a permanent location in collaboration with the Creative Artists Agency Vault, a venture that utilizes Clear Angle's capture technology.

The new establishment in Los Angeles has already contributed to three video game projects and five movie productions.

Dominic Ridley, co-founder and CEO of Clear Angle Studios, mentioned, "We have noted a rise in demand for our services in Los Angeles, especially to facilitate more convenient facial and full-body scanning for talent based locally, so starting a permanent operation here was logical."

He added, "We've embarked on some fascinating projects since establishing ourselves in Culver City, and we're looking forward to more exciting work in 2025 and later."
