Microsoft, EA, and Take-Two ranked among the most efficiently managed public companies in the US in 2024
The Drucker Institute has published its annual ranking of public companies in the United States with the most effective management. Among them is a number of companies related to gaming.

For reference: The Drucker Institute evaluates organizations based on five criteria. These are customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility, and financial resilience. Based on these, it assigns an effectiveness score on a 100-point scale. The list includes only those companies whose stocks are traded on the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.
Among all companies, the best result in 2024 was achieved by Apple, scoring 92.1 points. Also, in the top three were NVIDIA (90.1 points) and Microsoft (88.8 points).
Electronic Arts (EA) scored much lower on the ranking, with the Drucker Institute rating its management effectiveness at 56 points. This was enough for the publisher to land in the 186th position. Notably, in 2023, EA was in the 214th spot with 54.4 points, showing a slight improvement over the year.
Other gaming-related companies that made the 2024 list include:
- Alphabet — 8th place (74.2 points);
- Amazon — 19th place (71.3 points);
- Meta* — 46th place (65.8 points);
- Hasbro — 122nd place (59.8 points);
- Take-Two Interactive — 504th place (43.9 points);
- Warner Bros. Discovery — 592nd place (39.1 points);
- Unity — 621st place (36.9 points);
- Roblox — 651st place (31.8 points).
*Meta is recognized as an extremist organization in Russia, and its activities are banned in the country.
