Informa, a publisher known for its work with game developers, has merged with TechTarget
Informa, the company behind the B2B gaming platform, Game Developer, has united with TechTarget to create Informa TechTarget.
As detailed in a press release, the newly established entity aims to become "the leading B2B growth accelerator for the technology industry," focusing on expediting companies' market entry and revenue generation.
This merger elevates the workforce to more than 2,000 employees and expands its global clientele to 7,500. Offering advanced solutions for technology vendors, the company leverages exclusive B2B audiences, authorized intent data, and specialized insights.
"With the finalized agreement between TechTarget and Informa earlier this fiscal year, we are thrilled to launch Informa TechTarget," expressed CEO Gary Nugent.
"Our sector thrives in a dynamic growth environment, spurred by the rising need for B2B solutions founded on permission-based audiences and proprietary data. Informa TechTarget brings together unique resources, brands, and expertise to tackle the market-entry obstacles faced by today's B2B technology vendors throughout their product journey, enhancing their time to market and revenue, while securing long-term shareholder value."
In a message to its audience, Game Developer's publisher, Alissa McAloon, reassured that the site's dedication to its readers "remains unchanged."
