SayGames has completed the liquidation of its legal entity in Belarus
SayGames has completely ceased operations in Belarus. The portal deb.by noticed in the "Kartoteka" database that on November 14, 2024, the mobile publisher completed the liquidation process of LLC "Kazigulni," the Belarusian legal entity.
The liquidation of this business took SayGames five months. It started in mid-June, three years after the establishment of LLC "Kazigulni." Previously, SayGames had another legal entity in Belarus (LLC "SayGames"), but it was closed back in 2022.
SayGames is not the first gaming company to divest its business in Belarus recently. Among those who have decided to liquidate are:
- Playgendary — LLC "Playgendary Development" was liquidated on May 22, 2023;
- Belka Games — LLC "Belka Games" was liquidated on July 18, 2024;
- Playtika — LLC "Playtika Bel" has been in the process of liquidation since April 22, 2024;
- Purple Games — LLC "Purple Games" has been in the process of liquidation since September 2, 2024.
