iTunes takes time off
Apple sent out letters to developers warning about the departure of iTunes for the holidays on December 21.
According to MacStories, the Apple company has notified developers and publishers of iOS applications about the iTunes Connect Christmas holidays. During the period from December 21 to December 28, it will be impossible to launch and update applications on the App Store, as well as change their prices. Recall that this is a traditional Apple practice. Last year, iTunes Connect holidays started on December 22 and ended on December 29.
After Christmas, sales will noticeably decline until February-March, so hurry up! Christmas Week is one of the most important periods of the year for most developers.
It accounts for the maximum number of purchases, downloads, the audience of markets is growing by leaps and bounds (people give themselves and each other new devices). Therefore, it is very important for everyone involved in the mobile industry to post a ready-made, polished application in the App Store by Christmas (in this case, by December 21), and also have time to buy mobile traffic for it, since many advertising companies also go on vacation at the same time.
