The company 3OGS has rebranded itself as The Original Gangsters and has moved into a new office space
The company previously known as 3OGS is now The Original Gangsters.
Celebrating this rebranding effort, the Latin American gaming firm has launched a new office in Córdoba, Argentina, which is described as a significant phase in its worldwide growth initiative.
The Argentine developer highlights that this change in identity signifies a "strategic move towards international expansion" after its acquisition by UK-based OV Entertainment.
Formerly named Three Ordinary Guys, the updated identity, The Original Gangsters, represents an evolution keeping true to its original values.
Mauricio Navajas, co-CEO, stated, “We are very excited; we always felt we were ready for something bigger, that we had the quality to achieve it.” He emphasized the value of having strategic partners for growth, noting, “With OV Entertainment, we were sure we had the right strategic allies. From our side, we have the consistency of our business; with the group, we receive the strength we needed.
"We didn’t want what we built to be taken away from us – our brand, our culture. We wanted to be empowered, and the group does that, above all, by sharing experience with us.”
Clarification: The studio has reached out to specify that its new name is The Original Gangsters, correcting the earlier report of The OGs.
