Belka Games, Melsoft, and Wargaming made it into the top 10 IT companies with Belarusian roots that offer the highest salaries in Lithuania
The journalists at dev.by investigated the average salaries paid in August to Lithuanian employees of IT companies with roots in Belarus. Among game developers, Belka Games had the highest salary level.

In August, the average salary in the Lithuanian division of Belka Games was 5,717 euros. Notably, this is 40% lower than in June, when the Lithuanian studio employees averaged 9,801 euros. As reported by dev.by, the difference is attributed to Belka Games disbursing annual bonuses along with regular salaries at the beginning of summer.
As a result, by the end of August, Belka Games ranked third in the salary list of Belarus-affiliated IT companies.
In August, the average salary in the Lithuanian division of Melsoft was slightly lower at 5,590 euros. It was approximately at the same level in July (5,787 euros) and June (6,054 euros).
Another gaming company in the top-10 salary rankings is Wargaming Vilnius. In August, it paid its employees an average of 5,417 euros. Similar to Belka Games, the average salary in Wargaming Vilnius significantly decreased compared to June. In the first month of summer, thanks to annual bonuses, the company's employees averaged 12,096 euros.
