Gamebeast secures $3.7 million in pre-seed financing
Gamebeast, a platform offering tools for user-generated content creators, secured $3.7 million in pre-seed funding.
The company, founded in 2023 by CEO Zander Brumbaugh, provides support for platforms such as Roblox and Fortnite.
This funding round was led by J2 Ventures, with support from A16Z Speedrun, The Mini Fund, and Le Zhang, CEO of Spaceport.
The capital will facilitate Gamebeast's expansion to new platforms and the enhancement of its AI-powered analytics and insights system to improve strategic game and data acquisitions.
The tools developed by Gamebeast are also being evaluated for potential application in U.S. military defense systems, with the new investment aiding this exploration.
According to Christine Keung, general partner at J2 Ventures, "Gamebeast's dominance with Roblox developers is clear, and its technological capabilities hold immense promise for defense sectors."
She further noted the critical importance of Gamebeast's gaming expertise to initiatives within the Air Force and efforts to work with industry specialists to develop and evaluate sophisticated digital environments.
