Lighthouse Games has relocated to a new office in Leamington Spa
Lighthouse Games is relocating to a larger office in Leamington Spa to accommodate its expanding workforce as it embarks on a new endeavor.
The company is shifting from Marlborough House to a significantly larger facility at Imperial Court, spanning 20,000 square feet and covering four levels.
This move follows a deal brokered with Wareing & Company director, Jonathan Blood, after an undisclosed financial backing from Tencent last July.
Nick Craig, the operations director at Lighthouse Games, commented, "We were searching for a new office for quite some time because Marlborough House was no longer suitable for our fast growth."
The new location meets several essential needs such as parking convenience for commuting staff, proximity to excellent dining and nightlife for post-work socializing, and ample room for future expansion," Craig added.
According to Blood, "This agreement reflects the resilience of Leamington's office market compared to other towns its size, demonstrating the video game industry's confidence in the area."
"Imperial Court stands out as a key office location in the town, prized for its versatility and easy accessibility, making it an ideal choice for Lighthouse Games," Blood remarked.
