The new owner of Saber Interactive will not be acquiring 4A Games and Zen Studios

The studios 4A Games and Zen Studios will remain with the Swedish holding company Embracer Group. Earlier, it was assumed that they would be acquired by Beacon Interactive — a company that in March 2024 purchased Saber Interactive.

Embracer Group stated that they are pleased that 4A Games and Zen Studios will continue to operate under its umbrella. They described the studios as key components in their future journey, noting that 4A Games is currently working on two unannounced AAA games.

Additionally, Embracer Group reported that Beacon Interactive transferred $168.4 million to them as part of the payment for Saber Interactive's assets. Another $28.1 million will be paid by the end of 2025.
