Cypher Games successfully secures $10 million in its most recent funding round
Cypher Games, based in Turkey, has successfully secured $10 million in its most recent funding series. The company views this as a pivotal step as it works on launching its inaugural match-3 game, which it aims to revolutionize within the mobile gaming sector.
The fundraising was spearheaded by The Raine Group and attracted contributions from various investors, including Play Ventures, 500 Global, Riccardo Zacconi—King's founder—Humam Sakhnini, who previously served as vice-chairman at Activision Blizzard, and Akin Babayigit, co-founder of Tripledot.
Anil Simsek, co-founder and CEO of Cypher Games, expressed excitement about collaborating with the new investors and emphasized the company's commitment to broadening its reach. He stated, "Our goal is to integrate cutting-edge trends favored by players. Inspired by Disney's pursuit of premium quality, we further enhance this by blending social, interactive experiences into casual mobile gaming. By introducing distinctive character traits and enhancing personalization options, we aim to forge a stronger emotional bond with our audience."
