Capcom veterans have established BirdkinStudio
Hideaki and Saori Utsumi, who previously worked at Capcom, have announced the launch of their own game development studio named BirdkinStudio.

According to the information on the studio's website, only the Utsumi couple is currently working there. It is not disclosed whether the developers plan to hire anyone else in the future.
BirdkinStudio is working on a game for the Nintendo Switch and PC. The studio is not ready to share any other details yet, so neither the game's genre nor the approximate release date is known.
Hideaki Utsumi worked at Capcom for 14 years, leaving the company in 2009. He was a sound designer for two dozen projects. For example, Utsumi was responsible for the sound in Devil May Cry, as well as several parts of Resident Evil and Mega Man. His wife Saori also worked on sound in Capcom games and contributed to Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Mega Man Xtreme, and Bounty Hunter Sara.
