The authors of Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown joined the Spiders studio strike
Today, September 2, employees of the French studio Spiders went on strike due to poor working conditions. It was revealed that developers from the Kylotonn studio also decided to join the protest.

Like Spiders, Kylotonn is a subsidiary of the French publisher Nacon. Its employees complain about similar issues—high staff turnover, recruitment difficulties, lack of information about the studio's future, and so on.
According to the protesting members from Kylotonn, Nacon's leaders often state that studios within the publisher retain their independence, yet every proposal they make is rejected under the pretext of needing to maintain a "unified vision within the group of companies." Under such circumstances, studios have better chances of achieving changes by striking together.
It remains unknown whether the entire Kylotonn staff or only part of the employees are participating in the strike.
This is not the first strike by Kylotonn against Nacon. Previously, the developers of the upcoming Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown organized a picket in July 2023. It seems that they were unsuccessful in advocating for changes to their working conditions at that time.
