The President of Nintendo of Europe has resigned after more than 30 years with the company
The European division of Nintendo has undergone a leadership change. Stephan Bole, who served as the president of Nintendo of Europe, has left the company.

The new president of Nintendo of Europe is Luciano Pereña, who was previously the financial director of the division. He has also taken on the roles of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Nintendo of Europe.
Bole is one of Nintendo’s veterans. He joined the company in 1993, initially becoming the marketing director of Nintendo's French branch. He worked his way up to become president of Nintendo of Europe in 2018.
Bole's resignation coincided with the completion of the reorganization of all Nintendo branches in Europe, which began in 2022.
