Streams of Black Myth: Wukong on the Chinese streaming platforms Huya, DouYu, and Bilibili were watched by 29 million people on the game's release day, August 20, according to analysts at Niko Partners. No other single-player story-driven game has attracted so many viewers in China on its debut day.
