The number of hours spent playing Fallout on Game Pass increased fivefold after the release of the Amazon series
Game Pass subscribers have been spending significantly more time playing games from the Fallout franchise since the premiere of the Amazon Studios-produced series of the same name in April. This was reported by Microsoft's CEO, Satya Nadella, during a financial report presentation.

According to Nadella, the number of hours spent on Fallout games in Game Pass from April to June 2024 increased "almost fivefold" compared to January to March 2024. The exact number of hours played by service subscribers was not specified.
Previously, Bethesda Game Studios head Todd Howard reported that thanks to the series, the daily audience for Fallout games grew by 600% by the end of May, exceeding 5 million people. In turn, analysts from the VG Insights service estimated that by September, the Fallout series could bring Bethesda Game Studios about $80 million in additional revenue.
