MY.GAMES is selling DonationAlerts and Boosty to Cypriot businessman Pavel Kharanek
MY.GAMES announced the sale of the company CEBC and its services DonationAlerts and Boosty. They will become part of the business structure owned by Broadsmart Group founder Pavel Kharaneka.
The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024. Its amount and terms are not disclosed.
As stated in MY.GAMES' official announcement, the company has been negotiating the sale of CEBC assets since March 2024 and is pleased to have successfully completed them. The company explained that the deal with Kharaneka will allow it to “fully focus” on its core business—game development and publishing.
