My.Games has divested its DonationAlerts and Boosty platforms

My.Games has announced it is divesting its non-core operations, such as DonationAlerts and Boosty.

The company revealed an agreement to sell its subsidiary, CEBC, to Broadsmart Group's founder, Pavel Kharaneka. The transaction is projected to conclude by year-end.

Although the financial specifics were not disclosed, My.Games indicated the move will allow it to concentrate more thoroughly on game development and publishing.

DonationAlerts supports streamers with tools for donations, subscriptions, alerts, and polls.

Boosty is a platform where fans can follow their favorite content creators, bloggers, and streamers.

"In 2023, we initiated a restructuring process to separate My.Games' non-core businesses under CEBC's management," explained My.Games CEO Elena Grigorian.

Negotiations for the sale started in March 2024, and finalizing this step allows the company to commit fully to delivering outstanding gaming experiences globally."

"Expanding my digital business portfolio has always been a goal, and acquiring CEBC helps achieve that,” remarked Kharaneka.

"Digital content plays a crucial role in our lives, aiding in learning, self-expression, and monetization of talents and creativity. I am eager to see how Boosty and DonationAlerts flourish under new management and benefit the creative community."

Last year, My.Games launched a new office in Abu Dhabi to increase its global footprint.
