In the second quarter, royalties from the creators of the mobile game MONOPOLY GO! amounted to $35 million, which is above the $5 million minimum guarantee. Hasbro forecasts that it will earn $105 million from the game for the entire year.
How much Baldur’s Gate 3 brought to the company during the quarter is not specified. Hasbro only indicated that it plans to receive around $30 million in royalties from Larian Studios by the end of the year. It is known that the creators of Baldur’s Gate 3 have already transferred most of this amount to Hasbro for the first half of the year. Recall that in 2023, royalties from Baldur’s Gate 3 amounted to $90 million.
