Media: President and CEO of Perfect World resign
The company Perfect World is undergoing management changes, Chinese media report. Its president Lu Xiaoyin and CEO Xiao Hong are set to leave their positions.

According to media reports, the new head of the company will be Gu Liming, who currently serves as Senior Vice President. Despite the changes, Lu and Xiao will not completely leave Perfect World. They will remain on the company's board of directors.
The reason why the top managers decided to step down is unknown. It may be related to Perfect World's financial issues. Previously, the company reported a decline in net profit by 64.31% at the end of 2023. Additionally, a month ago, reports surfaced online about the layoff of several hundred employees at Perfect World.
