UK gaming firms have an opportunity to evaluate if their staff compensation aligns with industry norms through this year’s salary benchmarking initiative, spearheaded by GamesIndustry.biz in partnership with Brightmine.
Originally launched as a pilot in the previous year, the 2023 project encompasses salary data from over 3,000 employees.
Companies need to submit their 2024 salary data by the month's end. Participants will gain access to a complimentary basic report, with more comprehensive benchmarking reports and system access offered for a fee. Additionally, select data will be unveiled at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit in September.
Rest assured, all submitted data will be kept confidential and anonymized to protect both the companies and individual identities.
