The authors of Stellar Blade raised $320 million during their IPO
Shift Up studio has successfully gone public. It raised 435 billion won ($319.7 million) through an initial public offering (IPO), achieving the best result among South Korean gaming companies in the past three years.

Additionally, the studio's IPO ranked as the second-largest in South Korea in 2024. Only HD Hyundai Marine Solution raised more money during its public offering, collecting $553 million.
As noted by Bloomberg, demand for Shift Up's shares was 266 times higher than the supply. By the end of the first trading day, the studio's stock price had risen by 18% to 71,000 won per share ($51.5).
