Felicity Games secures $700,000 in funding

Indian-based Felicity Games has secured $700,000 in pre-seed funding.

According to Pocket Gamer, DeVC and Visceral Capital were among the contributors, along with angel investors like Manish Agarwal (former CEO of Nazara Technologies), Sameer Pittalwala (Google Cloud's head of gaming APAC), Kunal Shah, Sriharsha Majety, and Nandan Reddy.

This capital will support the development and testing of ten new titles by March 2025.

Founded in 2023, Felicity Games focuses on casual mobile games, including popular titles like Solitaire.

CEO and founder Anurag Choudhary stated, "With our cost and skill benefits, Felicity Games is poised to create a multi-million-dollar casual gaming company in India for a global audience."

Adding to this, DeVC's Divyanshi Chowdhary remarked, "Felicity is uniquely positioned to harness the growing network of Indie developers to produce cutting-edge game prototypes at significantly lower costs."
