Dividends to CD PROJEKT shareholders will amount to nearly $25 million
The Polish group of companies CD PROJEKT has agreed on the amount of dividends for 2023. It will spend 99.91 million zlotys or 24.8 million dollars on payouts to shareholders.
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
This amount is approximately one-fifth of CD PROJEKT's net profit for last year. In 2023, CD PROJEKT earned a profit of 481.1 million zlotys (120 million dollars). The remaining funds after the dividend payout will be allocated to the reserve fund and used for the group's needs.
A significant portion of the dividends will be received by CD PROJEKT's executives:
- Co-founder Marcin Iwiński — 12.87 million zlotys (3.19 million dollars);
- Co-founder Michał Kiciński — 9.57 million zlotys (2.38 million dollars);
- Chief Financial Officer Piotr Nielubowicz — 6.85 million zlotys (1.7 million dollars);
- Former CEO, currently Director of Strategy, Adam Kiciński — 4 million zlotys (1 million dollars).
