Top executives at EA earned $60 million over the past year
Electronic Arts (EA) disclosed executive earnings for the year ending March 31, 2024, in a report to financial regulators. Almost half of the company's annual executive compensation* went to CEO Andrew Wilson.

Executive earnings at EA from April 2023 to March 2024:
- CEO Andrew Wilson — $25.64 million;
- President of EA Entertainment Laura Miele — $12 million;
- Chief People Officer Mala Singh — $6.96 million;
- General Counsel Jacob Schatz — $6.91 million;
- Chief Financial Officer Stuart Canfield — $6.47 million;
- Former CFO Chris Suh — $1.96 million.
EA noted that under Wilson's leadership, the company achieved its annual key strategic and operational goals. Notably, the business was streamlined through restructuring, and employee satisfaction at EA exceeded industry standards last year.
Recall that in March 2023, EA announced plans to lay off 6% of its workforce (775 people), and in February 2024, another 5% (670 people). Additionally, the company divided its internal studios into two divisions: EA Entertainment and EA SPORTS.
*The total includes salary, equity bonuses, performance rewards, and other compensation.
