Square Enix is terminating two mobile games from the Dragon Quest series
Square Enix has revealed that it will discontinue two Dragon Quest mobile titles in Japan.
The action role-playing game Dragon Quest Champions and the puzzle game Dragon Quest Keshi Keshi are slated to be terminated by the end of July, according to recent updates on social media platforms dedicated to these games.
Dragon Quest Champions will end services on July 30, 2024, while Dragon Quest Keshi Keshi will follow on July 31, 2024.
Released in June 2023 after undergoing a beta test in February, Champions was developed in collaboration with Koei Tecmo's Omega Force. Keshi Keshi made its debut in December 2021 and was co-developed by NHN PlayArt.
