More than 100 million people have played games from the Diablo series
Blizzard Entertainment announced that the total audience of the Diablo series has surpassed 100 million players worldwide. The company revealed this number in honor of the first anniversary of Diablo IV.

Blizzard did not specify how many people have played each individual game to date.

Here are the previously shared figures:
- Diablo I — 2.5 million copies sold as of June 2001;
- Diablo II — 4 million copies sold as of June 2001;
- Diablo II: Resurrected — 5 million copies sold as of April 2022;
- Diablo III — 30 million players as of August 2015;
- Diablo IV — 12 million players as of August 2023;
- Diablo Immortal — in June 2022, Blizzard reported that downloads of Diablo Immortal on smartphones and PC exceeded 30 million. According to the AppMagic service, as of June 6, 2023, the mobile version of the game alone was downloaded 26.7 million times.
