Amazon Games opened a studio in Romania
Amazon's gaming division announced the opening of its first European studio. It is located in Bucharest.
The studio is led by Ubisoft veteran Cristian Pana, who has served as the managing director of Ubisoft Bucharest for the past three years. Throughout his career, he has contributed to games such as Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, The Crew, and Far Cry 6.
Amazon Games Bucharest is the fifth studio within Amazon Games. The others are located in Seattle, San Diego, Irvine, and Montreal. It will serve as a support studio, assisting the company's other teams with their games.
