Over the past three years, Iran has allocated funds to 40 gaming projects
Andrey Voronkov, Deputy Director General of the Institute for Internet Development (IRI), said this in an interview with the newspaper Vzglyad. According to him, in total, Iran provided the developers of the mentioned games with more than 1.5 billion rubles.

Voronkov did not specify how the money was distributed for specific games, but earlier some figures appeared in the media.
It is known that:
- Iran allocated 490 million rubles for the development of the "Troubles";
- KB Production studio, which now makes mobile games based on Soyuzmultfilm animated series, received 100 million rubles;
- Iran provided 90 million rubles to the developers of the Sparta tactics.
It was also previously reported that Iran invested 1 billion of the 1.5 billion announced now in games during 2022. Apparently, in 2023, the organization slowed down the pace of financing.
In a conversation with RIA Novosti, Voronkov added that the largest and most important games of 2024 for Iran are "Smuta", "Cutting Edge", "Sparta" and "Secrets of the Museum". He did not say what indicators the organization expects to see.
