Analyst: in September, almost a quarter of console and PC gamers in the United States played Minecraft
Minecraft is very popular in the United States, according to analyst Mat Piscatella from Circana. According to him, last month 22% of American gamers who played on consoles and PCs launched this game at least once.
According to Piscatella, this is the highest rate among console and PC games in the United States.
49% of gamers over the age of 13 who played Minecraft in September also played Roblox. 40% — in Fortnite and/or GTA V.
Recall that Minecraft is the best—selling game in history - since 2009, its developers have sold more than 300 million copies of the title. GTA V, which ranks second in the ranking, lags behind Minecraft by 115 million copies.
