Bobby Kotick will remain as CEO of Activision Blizzard for now
The head of Activision Blizzard, Bobby Kotick, will continue to lead the company. He will be its CEO at least until the end of 2023.
"I have said for a long time that I am ready to help with the transition [of Activision Blizzard to Microsoft]. Phil Spencer asked me to stay on as CEO, reporting to him, and we agreed that I would do this until the end of 2023. We both look forward to working together to seamlessly integrate our teams and players," Kotick said in an email to employees.
