Developers have been connected to Google+
We were a little late with this news, but, as they say, better late than never. On September 26, Google announced the launch of a developer platform under the uncomplicated name Google Play services, which allows integrating the company’s services with third-party applications.
In fact, if earlier it was possible to share points in games like Diamond Dash only through Facebook, now, in theory, it will be possible through Google+. After, of course, the developers include these newest services in their application.
Actually, the first version of the Google Play services build just includes the API to Google+ with the second version of the open authorization protocol OAuth 2.0
Out of curiosity, the services are, in fact, divided into three components: your application, the library of files to it and the APK of the service. Since the latter, like any APK, is also distributed as an application, the service does not depend on a specific version of the Android firmware (but not lower than 2.2).
