Rumor: The PC version of Game Pass is used by one and a half times more people than the version for consoles
Xbox Product Manager Mark Skwarski revealed the statistics of the Game Pass in his LinkedIn profile. Among other things, he told how many people use a PC subscription, and how many use Xbox consoles.
According to Skvarski,:
Over the past four years, the number of Game Pass subscribers has increased from 5 million to more than 25 million people (as of September 2022);
▪️During the same time, Game Pass revenue grew to $2 billion. The average annual revenue growth rate was 54%.
▪️the number of subscribers on PC exceeds 15 million people. The remaining 10 million people account for the subscription version for consoles.
