In Japan, the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard was approved

The Fair Trade Commission of Japan announced that it does not object to the sale of Activision Blizzard to Microsoft for $68.7 billion.

The antimonopoly regulator, after checking the transaction, concluded that it would not cause significant damage to competition in the Japanese gaming market.

Earlier, the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard was approved in Brazil, Chile, Saudi Arabia and Serbia. UK and EU regulators are still conducting a thorough investigation. They must make a decision by April 26 and May 22, respectively.
