In China, they proposed to fight even more actively against children's addiction to video games

This proposal was made by the Association of Audio-Video and Digital Publishers of China. Its head of Ao Ran said that protecting minors from the harmful effects of video games is a long—term and fundamental task for the country.

Tencent has already responded to the association’s statement. She said that she intends to redouble efforts to combat children’s gambling addiction.

In November last year, the Association claimed that the Chinese authorities had managed “for the most part” to solve the problem of children’s addiction. Then she reported that 75% of young gamers began to spend less than three hours a week on video games.
