Tim Sweeney: Epic Games will fight to win the conflict with Apple, no matter what it costs
The head of Epic Games gave a great interview to The Verge. As part of it, Tim Sweeney said that he was going to go into conflict with Apple to the end and, if necessary, was ready to appeal to the US Supreme Court.
Sweeney called the fight with Apple one of the most important things he has done in his 31 years in the gaming industry. He added that he could agree to settle the dispute peacefully with the corporation, but only if it allows all developers to compete freely in the mobile market. In particular, it will allow downloading applications not from the App Store and will stop taking commission for in-app purchases.
