Google may not have informed the developers of games for Stadia about plans to close the service
On September 29, Google announced that it was going to close Stadia due to low popularity, but it seems that it forgot to warn game developers about it. At least some of them learned about the company’s plans from the news.
Among them were, for example, Mike Rose from No More Robots, Rebecca Heineman from Olde Sküül, Tom Vian from SFB Games and others.
The developers note that they do not know what awaits their games and whether Google will pay for the work done.
