VK announced the sale of MY.GAMES for $642 million. Buyer — Alexander Chachava

The group sells all assets of MY.GAMES. That is, we are talking about both the implementation of studios and games themselves.

As part of the deal, Vladimir Nikolsky, co-founder of MY.GAMES, will leave VK. He will continue to develop MY.GAMES.

The buyer of the latter was Alexander Chachava. He is the managing partner of the investment firm LETA Capital.
