Focus Entertainment has agreed to purchase developers Isonzo and Verdun
The French gaming holding company Focus Entertainment is going to buy out M2H‘s controlling stake in the WW1 Game Series company. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
It is known that the company will continue its development as BlackMill Games. It will continue to be led by the founder and creative director of the WW1 Game Series, Jos Hoebe, who will also own the remaining 33.33% of the shares.
