59.3% of South Korean parents play video games with their children
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of South Korea, together with the Agency for the Promotion of Creative Content, also published a report on the games for 2022.
A few facts from it:
▪️74.4% of the Koreans surveyed are gamers (+3,1‱);
▪️84,2% of them play on smartphones (-6.7
)); ▪️23.5% of gamers have faced discrimination in games (-3.1‱).
▪️On average, Koreans spend 132 minutes on games on a weekday (-8.9%) and 209 minutes on the weekend (-9.9%).
