Bandai Namco has updated its financial forecast — it expects to earn $3.2 billion in six months

Previously, the company was a little more modest. Bandai Namco expected that by September 30 (then it will end the first half of fiscal 2023) it will earn exactly $3 billion in sales.

In a recent report, the company said that in the first quarter it has already earned $ 1.62 billion, which is immediately 121.5% more than last year. Of this amount, $672 million was brought by a division that deals with digital entertainment, including video games.

Bandai Namco also reported that April-June sold 11.4 million copies of video games.
