Schreier: Rockstar got rid of the fraternity culture, but it can affect the quality of games
Rockstar is not what it used to be. Journalist Jason Schreier talked to employees who assure that the company has revised its work processes and has become more progressive.
In particular, Rockstar decided to get rid of crunches. She allowed taking time off for every hour of processing and hired more producers to monitor compliance with schedules. In addition, the company fired several toxic managers and tried not to add offensive jokes to the games.
Nevertheless, the employees are not sure that a more moral Rockstar will not harm the atmosphere of GTA VI and other games.
