By September, Ubisoft may completely close access to at least four of its games
At the beginning of the month, Ubisoft announced that on September 1 it would shut down the servers of 15 more titles. The company indicated that users will still be able to play them, but will lose online features and, in some cases, the ability to download DLC. But the other day, gamers noticed that some games from the list had a warning on Steam — from September they will no longer be available.
The network notes that Assassin’s Creed: Liberation HD, Silent Hunter 5, Anno 2070 and Space Junkies can become unplayable.
In fairness, it is worth pointing out: Ubisoft immediately wrote in the announcement that Space Junkies will completely stop working, since this is an exclusively multiplayer project. However, she did not make such notes about other games.
