Mobile developer Ten Square Games lost almost $2 million after the closure of the Football Elite game

Not all mobile titles survive the softlonch stage. Polish studio Ten Square Games announced the termination of the development of its new game Football Elite. The company was not satisfied with the metrics.

This decision was made by the management after analyzing the costs of marketing the game. The studio considered further optimization and development of Football Elite impractical.

Taking into account all the funds spent on the project, its cancellation cost the company 8.5 million Polish zlotys ($1.83 million).

Football Elite developers will be transferred to support other games of the studio. Among the flagship titles of Ten Square Games are fishing and hunting simulators Fishing Clash and Hunting Clash.
