Supercell has announced three mobile games in the Clash of Clans and Clash Royale universe at once
For the fourth year in a row, Supercell‘s revenue is falling. At the same time, most new IP addresses are closed before reaching the world release. Against this background, the Finnish company took drastic measures. Today, on April 2, she announced three new mobile games at once. All of them are based on the Clash brand and all are in the early stages of development.
Clash Quest
A turn-based strategy game in which the user makes a combo of units to attack. The more units in a bundle, the greater the impact. Now the project is vaguely reminiscent of Legend of Solgard from King.
A small studio in Helsinki is responsible for its creation, not affiliated in any way with the teams operating Clash of Clans and Clash Royale.
Clash Mini
The game is like the most simplified version of Auto Chess. The user puts characters on the board, which then automatically fight with the characters of another player.
This game is made by the Shanghai division of Supercell. The key feature of the project at the moment is an unusual visual style. The “miniature” versions of the Clash universe characters look very fresh.
Clash Heroes
Isometric action game with controls like in Arena of Valor. In the project, the player will have to travel around the world of Clash of Clans, pass maps, and also fight in arenas with friends.
The project is also being developed in Shanghai. It is created on Unreal Engine 4. According to the developers, this is a completely new development experience for them, which is still far from being completed.

Representatives of the company write that “We usually do not show games that are in active development.” And it really is. Previously, the announcement usually took place simultaneously with the release of the game in softlonch. Now Supercell has changed its rules and generally accepted practices in the mobile market.
The company explains this by the desire to make sure that the communities of new games can track the development of projects, including playing them at the earliest stage. At the same time, Supercell assures that if the game development results do not reach the studio standards, they will be closed.
This suggests that Supercell has adopted the experience of developing Brawl Stars. The game was not closed after the controversial softlonch, and for a year and a half they actively released updates to it, changing meta, monetization, interface, management and much, much more. As a result, the project became a hit.

The company noted that these are not all games that are currently being developed within the walls of Supercell.
Finns hope that the projects shown will increase the audience of the Clash universe, as well as offer fans of the brand a new experience.
Supercell did not even give approximate launch dates. Now she only offers to subscribe to them on Twitter and on the website clash.com , which managed to fall at least once after the announcement.
