Product Marketing Manager at Wargaming Nexus (Minsk, Republic of Belarus)

To the newly formed business unit of the company Wargaming, which will also publish mobile games in the shooter and action genres, is looking for a marketing specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • formation of a marketing strategy together with the product team (including work on marketing layouts, ASO analysis, work on A/B testing);
  • immersion in publishing processes (market and audience analysis, elaboration of information about consumer requests, marketing strategies, positioning, etc.);
  • close work with the head of the UA department, joint debugging of processes for the purchase of advertising, as well as for the creation of creatives and their adaptation;
  • implementation of best practices in order to achieve the highest quality of marketing campaigns;
  • analysis, evaluation and refinement of all marketing actions to improve the KPI of products.

Requirements:

  • at least 2 years in a similar or similar position in the mobile industry;
  • extensive experience in ASO;
  • good skill in conducting A/B tests;
  • the ability to increase traffic volumes and increase product revenue using marketing tools;
  • ability to plan and calculate a budget;
  • the ability to pay attention to details, as well as work independently and manage several projects at once;
  • good understanding of the mobile market;
  • fluent English and Russian.

Additional advantages will be:

  • understanding the processes of developing games or applications for mobile devices;
  • extensive experience in managing and training marketing teams;

Artistic vacancies of the week:

Lead (senior) 2D artist for a match-3 project in Playgendary (remote work)

Publishers Kick the Buddy, Polysphere, Bowmasters and Tank Stars are looking for a leading artist who will join the Playgendary team and help create a new casual project. The vacancy is open to applicants from anywhere in the world. Remote cooperation is assumed.

Responsibilities:

  • developing a visual style for a new match-3 project;
  • quality control of art on the project;
  • participation in planning and evaluating the timing of content development;
  • performing key artistic tasks on the project;
  • working with a team of artists from 10 people;
  • participation in making key decisions concerning the visual component of the project.

Requirements:

  • availability of match-3 projects in the portfolio;
  • experience in managing art teams;
  • desire and ability to work in a team;
  • ability to prioritize tasks, focus on achieving results;
  • proactivity and independence;
  • excellent communication skills, goodwill;
  • the ability to adequately perceive constructive feedback and use it for their own development.

An additional advantage will be:

  • art education;

Leading artist at Playneta (Saint Petersburg)

A development studio from St. Petersburg, working on both casual social projects and midcore games, is looking for a person who will be responsible for art in working on its new product.

Responsibilities:

  • formation of the visual style of the project, control of its compliance;
  • building pipe lines for graphics production;
  • active participation in project development planning (together with developers, game designers, QA, marketers);
  • quality control of art on the project;
  • elaboration and rendering of interface elements, including on the basis of the provided layouts;
  • the final assembly and configuration of the GUI, technical unloading for the developer.

Requirements:

  • knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;
  • team management experience;
  • work experience as a Lead UI/UX or a leading illustrator or art director of game projects from a year;
  • knowing Unity will be a big plus;
  • confident knowledge of the principles of user interface design;
  • effective work with deadlines and knowledge of game development pipelines;
  • required: portfolio, drawing skills and the ability to draw vector graphics;
